Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pv66 ("pv66", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pv66 online casino and sports betting platform available at pv66.onl, including all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered on that domain.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the pv66 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pv66 is an 18+ platform and it is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for minors to engage in gambling activities. pv66 has zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

pv66 conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) for all registered accounts. Players who cannot demonstrate compliance with the eligibility criteria above will have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be voided. pv66 uses third-party verification tools and reserves the right to request government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport) at any time.

Account Registration

Registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pv66 account. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or account limits, is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. pv66 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pv66 account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. pv66 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately upon account creation. Any activity conducted through your pv66 account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and pv66 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You may register only one pv66 account per person, household, IP address, and device.
• All registration information must be truthful and verifiable; providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• pv66 reserves the right to verify your identity at registration and at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• Players must notify pv66 support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect their account has been accessed without their authorisation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pv66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). pv66 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be introduced from time to time; the current list of available payment methods is displayed in the pv66 account cashier.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status. Deposit transactions via bKash and Nagad are typically processed instantly and credited to the pv66 account balance in real time. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing times.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all pv66 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed identity verification and made a qualifying real-money deposit where required by the specific promotion.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, and device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each provider's games are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game, which are accessible within the game interface. Prohibited Conduct

Players using the pv66 platform must conduct themselves in accordance with applicable laws and the standards of fair play expected of all participants. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling pv66 to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the offending account and withhold or void any associated balances or pending withdrawals:

• Opening more than one pv66 account for any purpose.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion with other players, including sharing account access, coordinating bets to exploit markets, or communicating private game information in live casino settings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pv66 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pv66 content; use any pv66 brand name or trademark in any commercial context without written permission; scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the pv66 platform; or sub-licence, sell, or transfer access to the platform to any third party.

Game content displayed on pv66 is owned by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). All rights in such content are reserved by those providers. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pv66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pv66 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pv66 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pv66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if pv66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pv66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform; scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet outages, and technical issues outside pv66's control may temporarily affect platform availability.

• pv66 is not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in platform access caused by events outside its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• pv66 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be applicable to your gaming winnings in your jurisdiction.
• pv66 is not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information provided by third-party tipsters, analysts, or betting advisory services in connection with bets placed on pv66.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pv66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by pv66's negligence.

Account Suspension & Closure

pv66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by pv66.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financial crime, or other illegal activity.
• A player's account being identified as a duplicate of another pv66 account.
• A player's self-exclusion request, either on pv66 directly or via a third-party self-exclusion scheme.
• pv66's decision to withdraw from providing services in a particular jurisdiction.

Players may also voluntarily close their pv66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Where pv66 closes an account for breach of these Terms, any balances held at the time of closure (including both real-money and bonus funds) may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, pv66 reserves the right to permanently void and retain such balances. pv66 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the affected player via the registered email address.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial contract law. pv66 operates as an internationally oriented platform serving players in Bangladesh and across Asia, and these Terms are intended to reflect fair, transparent, and internationally recognised standards of online gaming conduct.

In the event of a dispute between you and pv66 relating to these Terms, the platform, or any transaction conducted through your account, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact pv66 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pv66 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full written account of the dispute. pv66 will conduct a senior-level review and respond within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, either party may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body mutually agreed upon by both parties. pv66 will engage constructively with any such ADR process in good faith.

During any active dispute, pv66 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the affected account balance pending resolution. This hold does not constitute a forfeiture of funds and will be lifted once the dispute is resolved. Players are reminded that any attempt to circumvent the dispute resolution process through chargebacks, payment reversals, or third-party intervention before completing Steps 1 and 2 above will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
